What is Self-Empowerment?

Self-Empowerment is about giving yourself permission to assume responsibility for your own life, knowing and totally believing that you alone have the strength, ability and capability to do so. When you have reached this point of awareness you will then be in a position to reach your full potential. The majority of us have formed the habit of depending on others for what we think, what we do, and who we are. Within this belief we have lost our individual identity and self-confidence. The reality you live in is nothing more than where your attention lies. Let go of the “security of your insecurity.” This process opens up a world of possibilities. When you do not perceive yourself as an injured party you are choosing to acknowledge your natural strength and personal integrity of your own inner being; a fundamental being that is who you really are, who you are meant to be, who you always have been and always will be. A beautiful spirit of the Universe!

Colors:

Color is the rate of vibration and harmony within our energy field. Colors have different vibrations and properties they also represent different levels of awareness. We choose to wear colors that harmonize with our energy field. Cheerful and pleasing colors represent clarity and good energy. Dark or muddy colors represent lack of clarity, worries and fear. A dark color could be used with a vibrate color to balance the brightness of a good energy color, but if a person is attracted to all dark colors, this usually means very low energy and little clarity. My brochures, business stationary, business cards and website consist of the following colors:


Lavender, Purple and Amethyst represents intuition, spirituality, wisdom, higher knowledge, divine protection and a passionate belief.

Green is prosperity and personal growth, new beginnings.

Blue is guidance and healing, spiritual protection, hope and faith.

Light Blue is peace and tranquility.

Rose Pink is self-love.

Pink is positive relationships and warmth.

Yellow for the stars in my window represents peace, harmony and joy and confidence.

Pearl Grey in my business title represents spiritual guidance, deep peace and intuition.

White or Violet is universal connection, spirituality, strength, passion, meditation and psychic ability

Black represents the unknown, the unconscious.

Burgundy represents material riches
