Past is past...

Put your past in your past. Be done with it forever so it never rears its ugly head again...unless you feed it.

Your past has passed. It no longer deserves your attention. In fact, if you take today's energy to keep it alive, you deprive yourself of the gift of the present. Remember that your energy goes where your attention flow

Consider that you create your future in the present moment. If you short change today's energy, how can you make the future new, different, and vibrant? You can't. Instead you actually carry your past into your future.

The only moment you ever have is now. The only time you can ever create is now. If you spend your now time reviving and feeding past memories, you shortchange your energy supply in the now. But you create your future in the now, so what you must be doing is taking your past (attention goes where energy flows) and projecting it into your future.

What if you just said the past is over and done.

The bottom line is only 'you', can change your life...when you are ready to do so. Change comes from within. Knowing the programs running your subconscious mind allows you to override what does not work and replace it with programs that do work.
